What is CRM?

CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. It is software that covers various applications designed to help businesses manage customer (contact/prospect) data. The application simplifies the process of prospect interaction, tracks their visits to your VLS sales funnel, and assigns a score to each person to show their level of interest. It records which emails have gone out to them and how many have been opened.
