When I first read these words in 10X by Grant Cardone, I was dumbfounded. I knew that I wanted to be successful but never really related that it was my Duty to be successful and wealthy. It is my Obligation to be successful and create the wealth needed to take care of my family. And more than anything it IS my Responsibility to play my part in creating huge wealth for our continued successful future.
Doesn't matter if you are the male or the female in a relationship, you owe it to each other to support, love and work together to make your lives the picture-perfect result that you've dreamt of. It's not just the man's job, nor the woman's. Work together! Make it Happen!
The key to successful sales presentations is to practice, practice, practice. Below are several scripts that you can practice with to carve out a presentation that most fits your type of prospect along with the product or service you are selling. In all of my years in MLM, Network Marketing, Direct Sales & Affiliate programs, I was NEVER taught how to close. I received a few flimsy scripts that always left me feeling empty, because they were lacking a good CLOSE.
Phone Basics
Let's cover just a few of the key principles that will help you convert more phone conversations into sales.
Think of this as being like a job interview... The person asking the questions maintains authority. You ask the questions, HOWEVER, you MUST show that you really care about them... Listen, LISTEN, Listen!
Talk to your prospect as if you've known them forever, be personable, have fun, keep it light and use their first name.
Your prospect should feel that you are 100% unattached to whether they buy from you or not. The key is that you are NOT focused on the MONEY you will get from the sale, but that you are clearly providing a solution to a problem they have.
Let's take a look at potential problems we might find with various prospects:
